1 Transfer course or university mid-year You stay in the UK throughout. We find a sponsor that will take you, get the new offer and a fresh CAS, and time the move so your current visa does not lapse. 2 A new CAS from a different sponsor If your provider has lost its licence or is not working out, a new CAS from an accredited sponsor is the route. The sequence and the dates are what matter here. 3 Student route extension or change of circumstance Course extended, programme changed, or your dates have moved. We prepare the evidence pack so the application matches your CAS exactly. 4 Re-applying after a refusal Bring the refusal letter in full. The reason given dictates the route, and guessing at it is how a second refusal happens. 5 Moving from a pathway provider onto a degree Progression from a foundation or language provider into year one. We check the progression agreement before you commit to anything.
